The hospital is located in a beautiful location in South Bangalore amidst lush greenery, with easy access from Bannerghatta Road, Kanakapura Road, NICE Road and JP Nagar Outer Ring Road. Direct buses are available from the centre of the city and pick up/drop for patients who are travelling by public transport can be organised from nearby locations, if required. Pick up and drop from airport and railway station for outstation patients can be organised with prior notice. The Metro terminus and Inter-state bus terminus are due to come up within walking distance from the hospital.

The clinical laboratory, canteen, pharmacy and radiology departments started  functioning in April 2009. New rehabilitation modalities at the hospital include Virtual Reality Based Therapy and Aquatic Therapy in a temperature controlled swimming pool.

The hospital has 5 deluxe rooms, 5 private rooms,  9 semi-private beds and a post-surgical recovery room. In addition, there is a furnished guest house nearby, with 17 rooms. The new hospital has met with a stupendous response and most rooms are already booked till end 2010 by patients from across the world.

Over 150 major surgeries have already been performed since the hospital started functioning in April 2009. The daily physiotherapy sessions currently average 150. Thirty overseas patients have received residential treatment at the hospital since April 2009.
