CALL FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IN CONFERENCES

 

The Scientific Committee of the Conferences by RECOUP Research and Training Centre invites you to submit Abstracts of invention/ Research Reports / Case Studies for the conference as Platform/ Poster. All abstracts must include the following essentials failing which the paper will be rejected. The completed abstract [maximum 300 words, Times New Roman and font size of 10 and single spaced only]. Send the abstract to the Coordinator, Scientific Committee by e-mail to academics@recoup.in. Abstracts will be included in the Conference proceedings and must be structured using the following headings:


Abstract Submission Guidelines for Platform/ Poster Presentation


1. Title of the paper / Poster (type the title in bold and centered across the top of the first page)
2. Name of Author/ Co-Author (do not use titles such as Dr, Professors, etc., Presenter’s name to be underlined)
3. Institution belonging to/ affiliated to with Mailing Address and E-Mail.
4. Introduction and Purpose of the study (Please do not use any abbreviations or acronyms)
5. Material & method (describe the study design, person/persons involved in research, place of research,selection criteria, measurement methods and methods of data collection)
6. Results (To emphasize on data analysis and main findings of the study)
7. Conclusions (Make clear statement of your study with reference to your findings)
8. Key words (Provide maximum 4 keywords relevant to your topic)
Case studies providing unique insights into the treatment or ailments, with accurate description and outcomes may be accepted.

The presenters can present the papers/posters in the following categories.

Category 2: Professionals


Important Information for Presentation


The presentations will be accepted in LCD projections only (as soft copy in power point). Each presenter would be allotted maximum 08 minutes for presentation & 2 minutes for question - answer session.


Poster must be exactly of 36x30 inches only (More than the recommended size will not be allowed to displayed and it will be out rightly rejected). Please bring your own hammer / pins / glue / fixing tapes / rope etc.


Terms and Conditions:

 

1. The scientific committee reserves the right to make the final decision about the abstract acceptance and its scheduling into the program based on topics and time constraints.

2. The language of the conference is English and all speakers must have good control over the language.

3. All abstracts must be prepared using the abstract submission guidelines.

4. Each presenter may submit a maximum of two abstracts.

5. Each abstract submission must indicate if the material was published or presented in any prior conferences or if it received any awards.

6. All presenters must register to attend the conference within a maximum of 2 weeks of acceptance of the abstract and be present at the time of their presentation.

7. A certificate of appreciation will be given to all the presenters to honour their presentation.

8. Power point will be the primary resource for platform presentation and will be available at the conference.

9. Some sessions may be video or audio taped by the organizing committee.

10. Presenters must not use the session as a marketing opportunity for products\equipment.

11. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book subject to confirmation of the presenter's registration.

12. Fee or payment of travel /living expenses or registration charges will not be provided.
